a former santa cruz real estate broker is due back in court to be arraigned on charges that she stole more than 500-thousand dollars from clients. 54 year-old louisa katrina dubinsky faces charges of embezzlement, financial elder abuse and writing bad checks. dubinsky was on the santa cruz county most wanted list in january, before she turned herself into authorites. dubinsky is due back in court ob october 15th for an arraignment hearing. if convicted, she faces up to 15 years in prison.
