A salinas man was arrested on Tuesday night, for allegedly engaging in prostitution, and getting into a fight with his alleged solicitor. 31-year-old Misael ruiz, who was dressed as a woman, allegedly tried to steal money from the man who picked him up, bryan oster. The 2-got into a fight involving a large rock and a tazer, on the southbound 101-offramp at front street. the 2-were arrested, and are facing multiple charges.
