A woman, who tried to sell her baby in front of the salinas Wal-Mart store last year, has changed her plea. Samantha Tomasini pleaded “no contest” yesterday, to charges of child endangerment. Tomasini now faces felony probation, and the possibility of spending up to 1 year in jail.
Her ex-boyfriend Patrick Fousek is still expected to begin his trial next month.
