In an effort to consolidate offices for improved collaboration and efficiency, Seagate Technology in Scotts Valley plans to move some of it’s employees to Cupertino next year. An unknown number of Scotts Valley employees are expected to make the move to the new Deanza Boulevard location, however, employees from Seagate’s sales office in Santa Clara, along with the company’s Sunnyvale retail team, (who’s responsible for engineering, designing and marketing external storage products), are expected to also move to the new Cupertino site. The IT-Team and the motor group, however, are said to remain in Scotts Valley.
