9 New Fire Hydrants 01/15/19A 08:03 S.S.

9  new  fire  hydrants  are  expected  to  come  on-line  in  the  next  several  days  in  Monterey.    Right  now  they  are  wrapped  in  plastic  and  labeled  “out  of  service”….but  that’s  just  because  the  water  lines  to  them  need  to  be  disinfected  first.
