A 3rd man, convicted of a 1991 home invasion murder in Salinas, has been denied re-sentencing. Patrick Lamonte Richardson’s petition was denied because the judge ruled that Richardson was the actual killer, and that he was also a major participant in the burglary and robbery, and that he acted with Reckless Indifference To Human Life.
