Pharmacist Ben Fuchs fills in for Dr. Wallach starting the show discussing the growing problem of obesity and weight gain. Contending that weight gain can be generally tied to the consumption of sugar. Asserting that humans are "hard wired" to seek out sugar that's why it's so difficult to abstain from eating sugary foods. Stating that the way to reduce these cravings is to consume nutrients.
