A Carmel man, who admitted to leaving threatening and racially charged messages for 2 Monterey County supervisors, now has a 3-year Restraining Order against him. Under the terms of the order, 57 year-old Peter Wells is not allowed to have any communication (direct, or indirect) with either Luis Alejo or Simon Salinas….nor is he allowed within 100 feet of either man.
