People have less than 10 days to appeal a project that Monterey County Planners approved this week. The project calls for a 40-unit, 3-story apartment building to be constructed where Eddie’s Club used to be (on North Fremont Boulevard) in Monterey. The Planning Commission’s decision would need to be appealed to the Monterey City Council.
