3-women were arrested in santa cruz on Friday night, on prostitution charges. Officers from the Santa Cruz police department’s street crimes unit arrested Angel Munoz, Mamie Jackson, and Sabrina Martinez, after they allegedly were seen trying to stop vehicles, in the area of lower Ocean Street. The 3 are facing charges of “loitering with the intent to commit prostitution.”
