(08:00) Salinas – Authorities reported 3 men were arrested after officers conducted a traffic stop last night, in Salinas. The incident took place in the area of North Main at Boronda. The passenger, 20-year-old Miguel Medina was seen throwing a handgun out the window while being pulled over by Salinas Police. The driver, 27-year-old David Villicana, a second passenger, Oscar Lemus and Villicana were booked into Monterey County Jail on several charges.
