A shoulder-tap campaign last week in Watsonville led to the arrest of 3 people for furnishing alcohol to minors. Watsonville police officers contacted 20 people, but only those 3 actually gave alcohol to the minors. The 3 were released at the scene. The money for the campaign came from the California department of alcoholic beverage control.
