2 men have been arrested in connection with several northern California fires. 30 year-old Kyle Jeptha Bridgman has confessed to setting 5 fires in the Lincoln area of Placer County in the summer of 2017. While Cal-Fire was investigating those fires, they identified another arson suspect as 30 year-old Gregory Scott Courtney, who is believed to have set some ‘spot fires’ in Placer County.
