2 known gang members were arrested in Salinas on gun and drug charges. 19 year-old Fabian Moreno and 20 year-old Max Tatro were booked into Monterey County Jail after 2 loaded, unregistered, semi-automatic guns were found in the car they were in, and cocaine was found in their pockets.
