(08:50) Santa Cruz – The City of Santa Cruz announced the 13 Days of Halloween on the Wharf started last Thursday and will go through Tuesday, October 31, at the Municipal Wharf. The public is invited to participate in Trick-or-Treating, a daily Great Pumpkin Hunt for prizes, unique specials from restaurants and gift shops, a Halloween photo booth overlooking the Monterey Bay and dancing to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” song.
