12 Y/O Joyrider In L.O. 06/26/18B 17:50 S.S.

A  12  year-old  Capitola  girl  took  her  parents   car  for  a  late  night  joy  ride  last  night….again.   The girl  had friends along in the car.      The  pre-teen’s  parents  called  9-1-1  when  they  realized  their  daughter  and  their  car  were  missing.
